gone but never forgotton.sadly tracy and michael were taken at 22wks to toxicplasmosis.missed deaply
by mammy and daddy,brothers and sisters xxxxxx It all started when i was 20wks ,i started to
bleed we phoned the hospital they wanted me in straight away.when we got there they admitted me
straight away,over the next few days the bleeding got worse they done loads of tests and scans but
couldnt find the cause.After a week i was starting to get weak they decided to do other tests which
revealed i had toxicplasmosis doctors said the twins could end up blind,deaf,brain damaged even
sevearly disabled but that didnt matter we still wanted to carry on they were our babies no matter
what.But on the 29 july i was getting weaker they done a scan to see how the twins were doing,but
thats all that brought was more bad news,the waters had already gone round tracy and i had an
infection in the womb.the next day my condition was getting worse,my husband michael then had to
make a heart breaking decision,the twins needed at least 3 weeks inside me to have any chance,but
they said i couldnt last that long.michael then had to decide me or the twins.the hospital had to
start me off tracy was born 11-15pm and michael was born 11-17pm.what made it harder was the way our
babies got treated as though they were pieces of meat.we did put an official complaint in,both
midwives no longer work there.we are both glad of the time we got to spend with the twins.the names
we picked didnt seem right so we decided to name them after ourselves.may god keep our angels safe
and warm.

Our Lives changed, the very moment you passed away.
We couldn't stop it; there was nothing we could say.
You've touched our lives so deeply to a point you will never know,
We try to think about you when we are feeling down and low.
Sometimes when our day gets hard we will think about your beautiful smile
And if we listen hard enough we will hear your voice after a while.
It's you who give us a reason to go on with our day,
And now if we want to see you we'll bow our heads and pray.
We catch ourselves looking for you still, in the halls and at the front door,
But when we call your name there is no reply any more!
We never thought a day would come where we would be apart,
God has you in his keepings, we have you in our hearts.
Life will go on, but never will be the same,
Your beautiful smile is gone, but it will always remain.
You're our angel from up above.
